The article of law 48 “Town-planning code of the Russian Federation” as a part of the design documentation provides section “The list of actions after of fire safety maintenance”. The similar section is provided by Position about structure of sections of the design documentation and requirements to their maintenance, the confirmed corresponding Governmental order of the RussianFederation. the text part contains data concerning object of capital construction, the description of accepted technical and other decisions, explanatory, references on standard and (or) the technical documentation used by preparation of the design documentation and results of calculations, the proving made decisions. the graphic part displays made technical and other decisions and is carried out in the form of drawings, schemes, plans and other documents in the graphic form. 

The design documentation consists of text and graphic parts.  

The text part of section “Actions of fire safety maintenance” contains:

• the description of system of fire safety maintenance of object of major construction;

• a substantiation of fire-prevention distances between buildings, constructions and the external installations, providing fire safety; 

• the description and a substantiation of design decisions on external fire-prevention water supply, by definition ïðîåçäîâ and entrances for the fire technique;

• the description and a substantiation of the accepted constructive and space-planning decisions, degrees of fire resistance and a class of constructive fire danger of building designs; 

• the description and a substantiation of design decisions on safety at fire occurrence; 

• the list of actions for safety of divisions of fire protection at fire liquidation; 

• data on a category of buildings, constructions, premises, the equipment and external installations by sign fire explosive and fire danger; 

• the list of buildings, constructions, premises and the equipment, subject to protection by automatic installations of a firefighting and the equipment the automatic fire alarm system; 

• the description and a substantiation of fire-prevention protection (automatic installations of a firefighting, the fire alarm system, the notification and management of evacuation of people at a fire, an internal fire-prevention water pipe, antismoke protection); 

• the description and a substantiation of necessity of the decision of the equipment of fire-prevention protection, management of such equipment, interaction of such equipment with engineering systems of buildings and the equipment which work during a fire is directed on maintenance of fire evacuation of people, fire extinguishing and restriction of its development, and also algorithm of work of technical systems (means) of fire-prevention protection (at presence); 

• the description of organizational-technical actions for maintenance of fire safety of object of capital construction; 

• calculation of fire risks of threat of life and to health of people and property destructions (at performance of obligatory requirements of the fire safety established by technical regulations, and performance in a voluntary order of requirements of standard documents on fire safety calculation of fire risks isn’t required). The graphic part of this section contains: 

• the situational plan of the organization of the ground area given for placing of object of major construction, with instructions of entrance (entrance) on territory and journey ways to objects of fire technique, points of placement and capacity of fire tanks (at their presence), schemes of a lining of an external fire-prevention water pipe, places of placing of pump stations; 

• schemes of evacuation of people and material means from buildings (constructions) and from territory adjoining to buildings (constructions) in case of fire occurrence; 

• block diagrams of technical systems (means) of fire-prevention protection (automatic installations of a firefighting, the automatic fire alarm system, an internal fire-prevention water pipe).
