Technical specifications (TS)

 By an object designing the design organization should provide all constructive decisions according to effective standards.

If it is not enough of the given requirements to get a building, a structure or a construction to rights, in this case the additional coordination of TS with the customer technical project on object major building is offered by the law.

Differently, TS are a set of definite rules and requirements to erected object thanks to which it will correspond completely to specifications of all laws of the Russian Federation about fire safety. 

We make the development of TS in territory of any subject of the Russian Federation according to requirements of the Federal Law from 7/22/2008 ¹ 123-FL “Technical regulations about fire safety requirements”, and also according to “Position about structure of sections of the design documentation and requirements to their maintenance”, confirmed by the Governmental order of the Russian Federation from 2/16/2008 ¹ 87 and to “Order of development and the coordination of technical specifications for development of the design documentation on object of capital construction”, confirmed by the Order of the Ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation from 4/1/2008 ¹ 36 “About an order of development and the coordination of technical specifications for development of the design documentation on object of major construction”.

The development of TS can be made as a whole on object or on its separate elements. TS allow avoiding defects at erection of designs and constructions, to simplify working out of design documents, to make effective decisions at a stage of planning of building.

Thanking TS the object will subject to examination at start in operation much more operatively. For the TS development the company is obliged to give architectural workings out and plans, the allowing documentation, company requisites, standards from accompanying services.

In the coordination of TS the customer gives the following pact of documents: the statement of the customer addressed to the Minister of regional development of the Russian Federation about the TS consideration, the explanatory note about necessities of the TS development, TS project, a technical project copy on the TS development.

The given documentation is considered in Russia Ministry region. The decision on confirmation of the coordination or on refusal in documents acceptance is disclosed in a month after official sending of a package of documents. On occasion consideration term can be stretched for three months. The coordinated documents subscribe the customer and in the form of the duplicate are transferred in its order.

We offer the clients professional development of TS for creation of object of any degree of complexity which will allow to protect completely the builder from necessity to undertake additional measures on strengthening of systems of safety and control over a fire situation on object, and also the TS coordination developed by us in the Ministry of Civil Defense Affairs, Emergencies, and Liquidation of Consequences of Natural Disasters and Russia Ministry region.
